1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ba999a website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity.

ba999a reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "ba999a" refers to the operator of the Platform accessible at ba999a.biz, including its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a ba999a account.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or conditional funds credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sports event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the ba999a website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.

3 Eligibility

To open and use a ba999a Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ba999a operates strictly as an 18+ platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of ba999a or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent such agreement.
• You must not currently hold, or have previously held, an Account that was suspended or permanently closed by ba999a for rule violations.

ba999a reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension pending further review.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances subject to investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. ba999a may at any time require you to verify your identity by submitting copies of your national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued documents.

ba999a does not permit the use of anonymous accounts, shared accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of another person. Your Account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ba999a immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ba999a will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access that occurred prior to notification, where such access was facilitated by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

ba999a employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and stores all password data in irreversibly hashed form. Notwithstanding these technical safeguards, the ultimate security of your credentials remains your responsibility.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

ba999a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account Balance within five minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours. ba999a does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within two hours during standard operating hours. ba999a may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Anti-Money Laundering: ba999a is committed to the prevention of money laundering and financial crime. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where operationally possible. ba999a reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds originate from fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity. Such cases may be reported to relevant authorities.

ba999a will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that were not used for a prior deposit on the same Account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ba999a offers promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of these Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the Account Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of this period.
• Free spins winnings are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a 20x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• ba999a reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time if it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ba999a Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game on which the bet is placed. These rules are made available within the relevant betting or game section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that specific bet or game.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued to the Player. ba999a reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed after an event has commenced unless the Platform expressly offers live in-play betting on that event.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where: the event to which it relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; the odds at which the bet was accepted were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error; or where ba999a determines that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement.

Live Betting: ba999a offers live in-play betting on selected cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, as well as other sporting events. Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or withdrawn by the Player. ba999a's records shall be the definitive source of truth in the event of any dispute regarding the acceptance, amount, or settlement of any live bet.

Settlement: Bets are settled on the basis of the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). ba999a will settle bets within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the relevant event. Winnings are credited directly to the Account Balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba999a Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or perform account actions.
• Placing bets using inside information or material non-public information regarding any sporting event.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit made to the Platform through your payment provider.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without their express authorisation.
• Using the Platform in any manner that breaches applicable law in Bangladesh or any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

10 Suspension & Termination

ba999a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• ba999a has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has failed to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• A Player has self-excluded from the Platform under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• ba999a is required to do so by order of a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority.

Upon permanent Account closure for cause, ba999a may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where the closure is initiated by the Player for reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining Balance after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ba999a Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, and game assets — is the exclusive property of ba999a or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or publicly display any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of ba999a. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property on the Platform may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba999a, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, server failures, or maintenance periods, provided that ba999a takes reasonable steps to minimise such occurrences.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorised Account access that was not caused by ba999a's negligence.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ba999a's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

13 Responsible Gaming

ba999a is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, the player will be unable to place further bets until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and the player will not receive marketing communications from ba999a.

14 Privacy & Data

ba999a collects and processes personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ba999a.biz/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

ba999a may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including in response to requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or where such sharing is necessary to prevent or investigate fraud and financial crime.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

16 Amendments

ba999a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ba999a will notify registered Players by email or by posting a notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulation. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
